We provide services to our customers throughout the whole life cycles of wire harnesses, from design to manufacturing and managing product changes. We choose the right materials and components for the products and design an efficient manufacturing process to guarantee that the wire harnesses work reliably in the final product.
The manufacturing process starts with automatic machines, but the finishing touches are made by hand. In the final stage, the products are tested electronically.
In addition to wire harnesses, we offer related electromechanical assembly services.
We tailor the wire harness manufacturing and logistics so that the product and delivery fit the customer’s production model as well as possible. We pack the products according to the customer’s wishes, for example, in sets that suit their production without difficulty.
We utilize automation to make the production of wire harnesses more efficient and faster. For example, automated warehouses always provide just the right materials for our personnel to use.
We use quality materials approved by the customer. We ensure high product quality with electronic tests and good traceability: we test the functionality of each wire harness. Furthermore, the products’ materials and manufacturing processes are traceable.
