Customer deliveries from Crimppi’s Latvia factory have started according to plan. An expansion unit was commissioned at the factory at the end of August, enabling increased production capacity.
“We are satisfied with how quickly we have aligned Latvia’s processes and operating models with the high quality standards of the entire group. The factory operates according to the same standards as our other facilities,” says Group CEO Timo Harri.
The factory established in Liepaja, Latvia, is Crimppi’s fourth production facility and an important step in the company’s growth strategy. The modern and clean factory is equipped with automated production equipment, and the production is UL-approved. The certification of the Latvia factory’s quality management system is planned for 2025.

The factory’s future outlook is promising.
“We have excellent opportunities to expand operations in the current premises, and we plan to hire dozens of new employees during the coming year. The availability of skilled workforce in the region is good,” Harri continues.
The Latvia factory strengthens Crimppi’s position as a leading industrial wire harness manufacturer in the European market and further improves the company’s ability to serve its customers efficiently. The factory produces the same high-quality wire harnesses and cabling solutions as the group’s other production facilities in Finland, China, and Croatia.
